FILMING, RECORDING & PARTICIPATION RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation Required

You understand that only audience members who voluntarily participate in on-stage segments or interactive portions of the show are granting consent for their participation to be recorded and used as described below.

2. Consent to Recording (Participants Only)

If you voluntarily participate in the show (including but not limited to being invited on stage, engaging in audience interaction initiated by performers, or otherwise actively participating), you consent to the recording, filming, photographing, and capture of your name, image, likeness, voice, and participation.

3. Limited Audience Footage (Non-Participants)

Audience members who do not voluntarily participate in the show will not be individually featured or identified, except for incidental or background audience reaction footage, including wide shots, crowd shots, or brief reactions captured in the ordinary course of documenting a live performance.

4. Grant of Rights (Participants)

Participants grant Jam in the Van Productions, LLC, its affiliates, advertisers, partners, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such recordings for:

  • Entertainment content
  • Promotional and marketing materials
  • Advertiser-supported or branded content
  • Licensed third-party content
  • Any media now known or later developed

5. No Compensation

You acknowledge that no compensation, credit, or approval is owed for any such use.

6. Release of Claims

Participants release and hold harmless Jam in the Van Productions, LLC from any claims arising out of such use, including claims related to privacy, publicity, defamation, or emotional distress.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction between voluntary participation and general audience attendance, and agree to these terms.
