We started Jam in the Van in my backyard. Thus, there have been friends of ours who have been on this ride with us from day one. Guys like Dave “Kings of Leon” Yeaman, our Director of Photography who played drums on our first ever test shoot. Or Adam Weiss, who has been cutting our videos for three and a half years, even back when we didn’t have a cent to pay him for it except a cleanly typed IOU. Sure, Jam in the Van has grown up, but in a really weird way this is a family. We fight and we smile together, we win and we lose together.

So then, with this being the case, it goes without saying that over the years there have been some musicians that have become a part of our extended family. The Stone Foxes are at the top of that list. They were the first band we filmed on a real deal road trip, Phoenix, AZ in 2011. They were there the day that The Van had a belly ache and for the first time couldn’t make it to a shoot which was at The Roxy where Snoop Dogg was hanging out. That day The Stone Foxes finished having a puff with Snoop and drove from Hollywood to Venice to film the session in the imobile van. Now they’ve gone through some changes as a band, and so of course we were going to be there to film this new iteration of one of our oldest musicic friends. So here you go, the sort of new Stone Foxes, who are still the same old Stone Foxes, who we’ve known for quite some time now, and are happy to say are part of what is most certainly a Jam in the Van family…
