What a trip it is, that I can be in LA on my Spotify discovery and come across a band of kids from Minnesota who have some songs I dig, and then I send them a message from our Jam in the Van Instagram and say “hey, you want to come record in Texas?” and they say “yeah, we love your series, we’re down.” Then a few weeks later, sure enough, there’s those kids from Minnesota with the catchy songs. They played the songs for us and then they went fishing… what a fuckin’ trip man…
