They’re eyes were really wide, the Summer Twins. They’re smiles matched that description. They were just happy to be there, in the Jam Van at Burgerama 2, in Santa Ana, in California, in the United States, on the Earth even, maybe. Couldn’t really say for sure, but we certainly can appreciate the enthusiasm. This game doesn’t work unless you’re passionate about it, unless some subconscious part of you is pushing, even if ever so slightly, for you to search for that unknown excitement that’s out there, not necessarily hidden, but certainly not glaring at you.
Musicians, y’all are all lost out there in an experiment. Pushing buttons, mixing potions, studying life. So it’s best then to keep your lids as far apart as possible. That way you can see everything from the front to the peripherary, in hopes that you can view it kind of just a little bit differently. You know, so that you can find that nook and cranny in there, where you can stick a song.
How sweet it was to have those wide eyed smiling Summer Twins finding cracks to keep their songs in our van. That’s why we drive it around, all colorful and flamboyant. We’re opening eyes, not just on the YouTubes neither…
