If you’re in need of some motivation, turn up your speakers really loud and push play on “Wild and Free.” It’s one of those tracks that you can put on when you’re riding your bike or jogging, and your pace will pick up, the wind at your back will all of a sudden feel a bit stronger, and if you close your eyes, you might just be able to visualize what it is that you’re chasing after.
