Originating in Stockton, California in the summer of 2017, Dirty Pillows describes their sound as “an ode to rock of the past,” with nods to popular sounds of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’90s. They released their debut album, Turn It Down!, in 2018 and it features an “eclectic mix of unfiltered, unadulterated indie rock, with something for every rock enthusiast.” Our set with them showcases several songs off of their newest project, Prom Queen, which was re-released as a deluxe album in March of 2020. We were lucky to have them in The Van in early 2020 before the pandemic at The NAMM Show.
