Eastern Conference Champions
August 3, 2011 – The Central Sessions – The Central S.A.P.C., Santa Monica, CA
We like our music loud at the Jam Van. They like their music loud at the Central S.A.P.C.. So seeing as both entities reside on the oft. musically overlooked Western half of Los Angeles, we figured we could get together and try and spark a little revival on our side of the 405. What better way to get that party jump started than to invite the Eastern Conference Champions to swing on over from the East Side and put the Central’s lot to a decibel test?
To that offer the ECC did not disappoint, bringing their unique brand of rock and roll into the Jam Van, they laid down four spectacular tracks off of their new album, Speak-ahh, which will all function optimally when played on the loudest setting your speakers have. That way your neighbors can share in the good vibes and grand tunes as well… Oh, but take note before blasting, when all three members of the band started banging on the drum kit they not only shook the mobile home with their sounds, they also brought the fuzz around… Lucky for us a couple of bums got into a fight across the street from the Central and distracted Johnny Law’s attention. Thus, the music was able to roll onward, and the Van was able to grow stronger. Only question now is who’s gone sing that next pretty song to her?
